Refund & cancellation policy

Effective October 19, 2026. This policy applies to treatments, deposits, and packages purchased from Valeon. Valeon is a trade name of RAIN AESTHETIC LLC, a Washington limited liability company established in 2026, registered office 2105 18th Ave SW, Olympia, WA 98502.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations and missed appointments may forfeit any deposit paid for that appointment.

Deposits

Any deposit is applied to the cost of your treatment. Deposits are refundable when you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Completed treatments

Treatments that have already been performed are not refundable, because results vary from person to person. If you have a concern after a treatment, contact us within 7 days. We will review it with you and may offer a follow-up visit at our discretion.

Treatment packages

Unused sessions in a prepaid package may be refunded within 12 months of purchase. The refund is the amount paid minus the regular single-session price of each session already used.

Purchases paid with financing

If a purchase paid through a third-party financing plan is refunded, the refund is processed through the lender, which adjusts your plan according to its own terms.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days.
